Please share this information with your student athletes, parents, prospective rising 9th graders, etc. This event is a great way to ensure that our student athletes have a valid VHSL physical on file for the 2018-19 academic year, and the exam itself is much more thorough than what they would receive at their pediatrician in most instances.

Please Read: As was the case this year with the ‘Revised March 2013’ physical forms; next year the VHSL will NOT accept the ‘Revised April 2016’ forms as they did for this year. During the 2018-19 school year the VHSL (and us as an athletic training staff) will ONLY ACCEPT the ‘Revised February 2017’ form. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH PARENTS AND STUDENT ATHLETES AS WELL!
